HENGER Cylinder LED Pendant
A slim aluminium pendant with a clear glass diffuser, built-in LED and adjustable suspension cable. Choose a 40 mm cylinder with a 6 W LED or a 60 mm cylinder with a 9 W LED, in Black or White.
Before you order
Location restriction: Havit’s exact installation instructions prohibit these aluminium fittings within 5 km of any saltwater environment.
Licensed installation required: this 240 V AC pendant is Class I and requires an earth connection. Plan a suitable ceiling fixing and have your electrician set the suspension length and colour temperature.
For dimming: provide a compatible TRIAC LED dimmer, sold separately; its selection must suit the connected LED load.

Choose 3000 K warm white, 4000 K neutral white or 5500 K cool white. The fitting is preset to 3000 K; the internal switch at the top of the pendant is set during installation.

Included and required components
The pendant has a built-in 6 W or 9 W LED, according to the selected diameter. Its assembly includes the ceiling canopy and adjustable suspension cable shown in Havit’s diagrams.
Provide a suitable 240 V AC supply with earth, and ceiling fixings appropriate for the mounting surface. Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician.
HENGER is TRIAC dimmable. A compatible dimmer is needed if dimming is desired; Havit lists its HV9625 LED dimmer (300 W maximum rating) as an optional accessory sold separately. Dimmer selection must suit the connected LED load.
Installation essentials
- A qualified, licensed electrician must install the pendant in accordance with AS/NZS 3000, with mains power isolated. Connect earth first and wire multiple fittings in parallel.
- Secure the mounting plate with screws appropriate for the ceiling structure. Follow Havit’s exact instructions to shorten the suspension cable and remove excess cable.
- Set the internal colour-temperature switch with power isolated, then reattach the pendant and tighten its screws. Keep all O-rings and seals correctly seated and inspect electrical contacts before restoring power.
- Havit’s LED warranty conditions prohibit installation on the same circuit as fluorescent lighting, exhaust fans, bathroom three-in-one fittings, ovens or microwaves.
Manufacturer warranty
The fitting has a 3-year limited replacement warranty, subject to proof of purchase, licensed installation and Havit’s current terms. Havit’s products intended for domestic use have a 12-month warranty term when used commercially, unless specifically designated otherwise.
During the first 12 months, installation and labour claims are assessed at the discretion of Havit's Service Team. The remaining two years cover replacement only and exclude labour, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Not all products available for sale are held in our local warehouse.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Most items are ordered directly from our suppliers and delivered to our warehouse before being carefully packed and shipped out to you.
Most items will ship within 1 to 7 business days. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
Production Items and Made To Order Products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot control supplier turnarounds or courier delivery timeframes. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.

We now offer postage starting from $11.95 to Sydney and $15.95 to NSW Metro Areas, and Interstate Capital City Areas start from $17.95.
Postage to Interstate Metro Areas starts from $21.95 & $32.95 to Regional Areas of Australia.
Shipping is calculated upon checkout after you have added all your items to your cart.
Please note that postage varies in price based on delivery location and the total weight of the order. Lowest shipping prices are for orders with a total weight up to 5kg.
Orders over 10kg will be calculated by Australia Post at checkout.
Products over 105cm in length or bulky orders may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible. Delivery to certain remote areas of Australia may also attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges (New Zealand)
We offer a $49.99 flat shipping rate to our New Zealand customers.
Please note: products over 1.2M in length or bulky items may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Warranties
For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated.
Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.
Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.
Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries
Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.
Returns
If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.
All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.
Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.
For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.
Please note:
Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish. Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

To claim your warranty or return, please email us at sales@ozlighting.com.au with the following information:
- Your invoice or order number.
- The reason for the warranty or return.
- Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim
Liability
We exclude and are not liable for all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).
Governing Law
Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
