Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be supplied with an Australia Post tracking number to the email provided. Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days from date of order. If there are any delays we will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible.

We will ship multiple items together. Sometimes the parcels may have become separated during transit. If that is the case, the other items in your delivery will be delivered shortly and will be able to be tracked using your tracking number provided.

Yes, If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse. All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return. Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.
