CYCLOPS-FL Mother & Child floor lamp Series offers a modern and multi-functional floor lamp, designed for multi-purpose applications. The popular design features an 20W LED uplighter (Mother) and a 7W task light (Child). The Uplighter (Mother) allows the flexibility to direct light up or down, or both up and down. Ideal for children’s bedrooms as well as living rooms and study areas. Push and hold Dimmable Function available for both lights, as well as a push switchable function producing a nice 3000K Warm White, 4000K Neutral White, 5000K White or 6000K Daylight, depending on your LED colour temperature preference. This simple design offers a suitable appearance for most modern interior decors and is perfect for entertainment areas as a feature lamp.

We currently ship our products to both Australia and New Zealand.

Dispatch Times

Not all products available for sale are held in our local warehouse.

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Most items are ordered directly from our suppliers and delivered to our warehouse before being carefully packed and shipped out to you. 

Most items will ship within 1 to 7 business days. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

Production Items and Made To Order Products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Once we've dispatched your order, you can expect to receive it in the following time frames:

* Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas and for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot control supplier turnarounds or courier delivery timeframes. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.

Shipping Charges (New Zealand)

We offer a $49.99 flat shipping rate to our New Zealand customers.

Please note: products over 1.2M in length or bulky items may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please note: certain remote areas of New Zealand may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Warranties

For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated.

Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.

Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.

Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries

Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.

Returns

If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.

All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.

Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.

Please note:

Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish. Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

Procedure

To claim your warranty or return, please email us at sales@ozlighting.com.au with the following information:

• Your invoice or order number.
• The reason for the warranty or return.
• Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim

Liability

We exclude and are not liable for all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).

Governing Law

Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
