Important before you buy
- Installation by a licensed electrician is required; allow for the installation service separately. Use the supplied remote and receiver. Do not connect the fan motor to a dimmer switch.
- For covered outdoor use, install in an enclosed, sheltered area with at least 1.5 m from the blade tips to roof/eave edges or unprotected points. Fully protect the fan from wind, rain and direct sunlight.
- The F9990/000A SMART module is optional and sold separately. App control requires this module; the standard remote is included.

Installation and maintenance
- Maintain at least 2.1 m from blades to floor and 300 mm from blade tips to walls or obstructions. The mounting structure must support at least 45 kg.
- Maximum operating temperature: 40°C. Keep away from heat sources.
- Switch the fan off and allow it to stop before reversing. Check support connections, brackets and blade attachments twice a year.
- Disconnect the electricity before cleaning. Clean approximately every six months with a soft brush or lint-free cloth; do not use water. Follow the official installation manual for all installation, operating and care instructions.
Warranty
8-year motor warranty: 2 years in-home plus 6 years motor replacement, subject to Fanco terms. Register the product within 90 days of purchase to qualify for the extended warranty.

Not all products available for sale are held in our local warehouse.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Most items are ordered directly from our suppliers and delivered to our warehouse before being carefully packed and shipped out to you.
Standard dispatch is 5 working days. This is the time before your order is shipped; delivery transit times start after dispatch. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
Production Items and Made To Order Products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot control supplier turnarounds or courier delivery timeframes. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.

Please note that postage varies in price based on delivery location and the total weight of the order. Lowest shipping prices are for orders with a total weight up to 5kg.

Shipping Charges (New Zealand)
New Zealand shipping is NZ$59 for orders up to 5 kg. Orders over 5 kg require a shipping quote; please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Warranties
For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated.
Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.
Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.
Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries
Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.
Returns
If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.
All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.
Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.
For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.
Please note:
Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish. Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

- Your invoice or order number.
- The reason for the warranty or return.
- Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim
Liability
We exclude and are not liable for all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).
Governing Law
Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
