New Arrivals FAQ

Your guide to a confident purchase

What can I find in the New Arrivals collection?

The New Arrivals collection brings together newer products added to the range, which may include pendants, lamps, wall lights, outdoor lighting, downlights, fans, globes or accessories. Check each product page carefully, as specifications and installation requirements vary by item.

How do I choose between new lighting products?

Compare new products by size, finish, material, light output, colour temperature, IP rating, dimming compatibility and warranty. New arrivals can look similar at first glance, so the specifications are the best way to confirm which option suits your room or project.

Are new arrivals suitable for Australian homes?

Many new arrivals are suitable for Australian residential spaces, but suitability depends on the individual product. Check whether the item is hardwired, portable, indoor, outdoor, low voltage, dimmable or IP rated before ordering.

Do new products have stock or lead times?

Stock and lead times can vary, especially when a new product has just been added or is supplied directly by a brand. Check the product page for availability and dispatch notes, and avoid booking installation until your goods have arrived and been checked.

Can I match new arrivals with existing lighting?

Yes, but compare finish, shape, colour temperature and scale before ordering. Some new arrivals are part of wider families, while others are standalone designs. Matching the finish or shape can help create consistency even when products are from different ranges.
