The ILUKA ceiling fan range features a modern and sleek low-profile design, making it a perfect ceiling fan for homes & apartments with low ceilings. With its powerful DC motor, UV resistant ABS blades, and minimalistic style, this ceiling fan is a great addition to your home!
Important before you buy
- Installation must be performed by a qualified, licensed electrical contractor with the power isolated. An isolation switch is required for each fan.
- The mounting point must support 35 kg or four times the fan weight plus its attachment, whichever is greater.
- Allow at least 300 mm from each blade tip to walls or objects, 2.1 m from floor to blade and 3 m between fans.
- Use indoors or in a fully covered, protected outdoor area with at least two walls. This fan is not waterproof; protect it from water, wind, dust and salt.
- Use the supplied controller or an EGLO controller specifically designed for this fan. Do not use an ordinary solid-state dimmer or a non-EGLO fan controller.

Installation & care
- Switch the fan off and wait for the blades to stop before changing direction. Isolate the power before cleaning or maintenance.
- Clean with a soft brush or lint-free cloth; do not use water or detergents on the fan. Follow the manual for periodic fixing checks.
Warranty
6 Years (3 Years in-home)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions. Standard dispatch is 5 working days; delivery transit times begin after dispatch. For urgent orders or heavy and bulky items, contact our team before ordering.
Warranties
For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated.
Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.
Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.
Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries
Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.
Returns
If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.
All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.
Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.
For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.
Please note:
Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish. Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

- Your invoice or order number.
- The reason for the warranty or return.
- Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim

We exclude and are not liable for all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).
Governing Law
Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
