Shipping Information

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, If you would like to add Express Shipping onto your order please give our team a call on 1300 858 360 and we will be able to assist you with your request. *Please note additional costs will apply for Express Shipping option.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be supplied with an Australia Post tracking number to the email provided. Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days from date of order. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, as long as the package is under 1.2 metres. If it is unable to be sent we will contact you to request an alternate shipping address.

Orders and Returns

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can, as soon as your order is ready for collection you will receive a phone call. If in the event that we are unable to reach you we will leave a voicemail and email to confirm. Please let a member of our team know if you would like this to occur.
Can I return my order?
Yes, If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse. All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return. Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back

Are the Domus SOLAR Ceiling Lights solar powered or 240V?
They are 240V, they are not solar powered, simply the Series name is called SOLAR.
