Most sale and clearance lighting products are still supplied with the applicable manufacturer warranty, unless a product listing states otherwise. Keep your order confirmation and check the warranty details on the product page. Warranty claims generally require clear evidence, such as photos, videos or a description of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns are assessed under our standard returns policy. Items need to be unused, in original packaging and returned within the eligible return window. Return freight is generally at the customer’s cost, and refunds may be less the applicable restocking fee unless exchanged or credited.

Start by matching the product to the room type, ceiling height, existing wiring and the level of brightness required. For decorative lighting, also consider the scale of nearby furniture and finishes. For technical products, confirm the voltage, wattage, dimming compatibility and installation requirements.
