Shipping Charges

Please note that products over 1.2M in length or bulky items may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

FREE Shipping is available upon the following minimum order values for these areas:

  • NSW/VIC/ACT/QLD - FREE SHIPPING over $100 (incl. GST)
  • SA/TAS - FREE SHIPPING over $300 (incl. GST)
  • WA/NT - FREE SHIPPING over $500 (incl. GST)

Please note that certain remote areas of Australia may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Dispatch Times

As soon as you place your order, we will begin to process it straight away.

Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

Production Items and made to order products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Once we've dispatched your order, you can expect to receive it in the following time frames:

NSW/ACT 1-2 Business Days
VIC/QLD  2-3 Business Days
SA/TAS 4-5 Business Days
WA/NT 7-10 Business Days
NZ 7-10 Business Days

* Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.

Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we will take no responsibility or liability for late deliveries. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.

Warranties, Returns & Refunds


For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated. Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.

Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.

Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries

Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.


If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.

All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.

The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.

Please note:

  • Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish.
  • Products that have been installed cannot be returned. 


To claim your warranty or return, please email us at with the following information:

  1. Your invoice or order number
  2. The reason for the warranty or return
  3. Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim


We exclude and are not liable for, all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).

Governing Law

Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
