Installation Guidelines

 -If hard wired into mains, unit must be installed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with local wiring rules.
- If unit is installed in an equipment cavity, adequate air flow must be provided.
- For mounting, use 4.8mm x 50mm self-tapping screws (or equivalent) and ensure that mounting surface can support unit weight.
- For best performance and longest lamp life, load the power supply at approximately 80% of it’s stated rating.
- The input cable on the unit cannot be replaced; If it is damaged, the unit must be scrapped. 

5-Year Industry Leading Warranty

 The Aquatran AQO comes with an industry-leading 5-year limited warranty. In brief, this warranty covers defects in the manufacturing process but does not cover failure due to improper installation or usage for a purpose other than for which it was designed.

We are committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible. The cost to ship your items will depend on where in Australia your items will be shipped, how big they are and how many items you've ordered.

Who do you use to deliver the goods?

We either use Australia Post or a network of Couriers depending on the delivery destination and the size of the order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders will be received within 5 - 7 Business Days, however some of our products are highly customisable or are imported from Europe and for these products delivery can take between 4 - 6 weeks. Where this is the case, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the expected delivery date.
